Dave Smith established Smith Electrical Contractors, Inc. in 2006 in San Diego and has grown the business year after year to provide quality electrical service to residential and commercial customers in the county. His one-man shop evolved into a staff of about 15 and a fleet of Smith Electrical vehicles. The Smith Team consists of certified electricians, skilled stucco repair and trenching staff, and professional project managers.

Dave Smith
Dave Smith is the owner and CEO of Smith Electrical Contractors, Inc. He is a certified electrician journeyman with over 20 years of experience as a professional electrician and foreman plus 15 years as a licensed C-10 electrical contractor and CEO. He knows his trade, has an entrepreneurial spirit, loves San Diego, and strives for excellence in all he does.
Dave is a hands-on business owner, CEO, and electrician. He takes calls, responds to e-mails, visits customers, provides quotes, meets with inspectors, manages his team, and brings his tools to get involved with all electrical and solar installations. He is proud of the company’s 5-star reviews on Yelp and the A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of San Diego.
